Ultimate Tic Tac Toe
Play Ultimate Tic Tac Toe and enjoy a deeper version of the timeless puzzle game. Plan ahead, dominate local boards, and win on the main grid.
Rules of Ultimate Tic Tac Toe
The rules are simple but follow the familiar concept of tic-tac-toe, adding a layer of strategy. Players compete on nine small boards that combine to form one large board. Each move affects the position of the next move.
Turn-Based Gameplay
First, place an X on any square on any small board. The position of that move determines which small board the player O must use next. This rule continues throughout the game and creates many strategic possibilities.
Winning Strategy
A player wins a small board by placing three consecutive X horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. To win the entire game, a player must capture three consecutive small boards on the large board.
X and O Symbols
Use two symbols: X and O. Although simple, these symbols represent the strategy and decisions of the players throughout the game.
